Submit the custom order request form
Tell us the manufacturer, piece name, metal, gemstones, sizing, and any other details. -
We confirm details and sizing
If you do not know your jewelry size, we may need you to book a sizing appointment before we can request an accurate quote. -
We request a manufacturer quote
We send your request to the manufacturer and wait for pricing and availability. -
You approve the quote
Once we receive the quote, we send it to you. You can decide whether you want to proceed. -
50% deposit is required to order
If you approve the quote, we collect a non-refundable deposit of half the quoted cost before placing the order. -
Balance is due when it arrives
The remaining balance is due when your jewelry arrives at the studio and is ready for pickup or installation.
